TooMeeting Conference version 6.0

The value of the experience in a new videoconference concept

During the following weeks, Toomeeting will launch a new version of videoconferencing tool, TOOMEETING CONFERENCE (TMC) version 6.0.

TMC 6.0 is a new concept of videoconferencing and represents a big advance regarding the previous version, comprising a lot of novelties, incorporating a large portfolio of tools. It is clearly becoming an essential benchmark on the market.

Among the main novelties, it is important to point out the integration of the digital signature, as it will allow to exchange many information between remote people.

Digital signature is used in the transmission of a telematic message and in the management of electronic documents. The digital signature or electronic signature is a cryptographic method that associates people identity or computing equipment to a message or document. According to the type of signature, it also guarantees the integrity of the document or message.

Given the market tendency and driven by our innovative spirit, TMC is going to incorporate a digital signature platform in the new version 6.0, thereby resolving the problems of users’ authentication, and auditing the authors of the messages to secure administrative, legal and commercial transactions online.

Thanks to TMC you will be able to exchange any kind of information including contractual and administrative information between remote people.

'The process is based on cryptographic methods that make the commercial, legal and administrative traffic online more secure', reports the Key Account manager Luis Vaca.

Both transmitter and receptor (two business men or a business man and a client or a citizen and the administration) will make a reliable transaction using the digital signature.

The messages which are electronically signed:

• Assign signatory identity
• Ensure message integrity: it means that the received document must be the same without suffering any alteration during the transmission.
• Guarantee the origin of the message so that the transmitter can’t deny he sent it.
• At last they are confidential (the message can’t have been read by a third person).

Strategic agreement with a local partner

Toomeeting Factory opens new headquarters in Milton Keynes after signing an agreement with a local partner as part of its strategy to enter the British market.

The company new agreement is a big step based on a very selective communication campaign and focused on a specific public. The first results are expected by the end of the year.
